An Australian property group who needed a strong design
My home belongs to Billbergia, a private, integrated Australian property group and one of the largest developers of waterfront apartments in Sydney. Having over 25 years of experience the group has a proven track record in delivering on their motto “Creating Communities”.
Founded by brothers John and Bill Kinsella in 1988, the group has remained privately owned with a strong and dedicated management team. Over this time, Billbergia has built its business around a loyal group of long standing employees, consultants and contractors who have reciprocally contributed to the group’s success.
Logo & brand focused on the concepts of skyline and family
My home & Billbergia are proud of creating communities in the city, not just buildings for living. A very important part of the brand is the chance to be part of a nice community when buying an aparment.
So, the rebranding went in a line that mixed to big concepts: a skyline of a city, making a reference their product, and 5 lines with different sizes which refer to a family: father, mother, a son, a daughter, a child or a dog…it also formed an abstract H, from My Home, with the final composition.
